Dominque & Jacob were the sweetest to photograph! We did this session at ‘Woodland Weddings’. . . a popular wedding venue in Niagara that has acres of rolling fields & forest to get married in. I highly recommend checking out this venue if you’re looking to have an intimate wedding surrounded by nature. Plus the owners, Miriam and Victor are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet!
This cozy session was done in their house, on the property. . . a gorgeous rustic farmhouse that has been completely renovated. I loved the big windows that faced every direction, letting ALL the light pour in creating for some dreamy images. It also made it perfect for shooting film (which is all I used for this session! I used a mix of Portra 400, 800 and ilford 3200).
I’m crazy happy about these images and how you can feel the love between these two. They couldn’t stop giggling the entire shoot (which seems to happen at most my shoots hehe) and it made for some fun images with movement too! I always find that medium format film captures movement so flawlessly. I can’t wait to do more of these lifestyle sessions. . . send me a message to book yours!
